CONSERAX LTD (company number 17538638), registered in England and Wales, is responsible for your enquiry. Registered office: 9 Morris Court, Tierney Lane, London, W6 9YL, United Kingdom. We use your enquiry to respond to your request and discuss a potential project. Contact ConseraX with questions or requests about your information.

The form collects your name, reply email and project message. Company, timing and indicative budget are optional. There is no file upload. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

The form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to the designated ConseraX enquiry inbox. FormSubmit and its verification providers may process technical details such as your IP address. FormSubmit’s help page states that it retains submissions for 30 days, including submissions awaiting activation. This is a separate provider retention period, not the retention period for our email correspondence. See FormSubmit’s privacy and service terms. The destination mailbox is provided through OVHcloud Zimbra Starter; correspondence accessed in Outlook is also handled through that email application.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting conversation. Correspondence may need to be kept for the relationship and applicable recordkeeping requirements. For enquiries that do not become client work, we review the correspondence for deletion after 12 months. We may retain information longer where needed for an ongoing matter or a legal obligation. Client and accounting records follow separate retention requirements. You can contact us about access, correction or deletion; any applicable obligations and limits will be explained in response.

This website does not include advertising or analytics scripts and does not store enquiry content in browser storage. The hosting service processes requests to serve and protect the site. Private review access may use hosting-provider authentication. See the cookies and site technology notice.
